Teena has personally experienced divorce and loss, and knows how it feels to be uncertain about your future, worried about your children, and confused about how to navigate the divorce process. She has brought that insight and compassion to her work with her clients for over twenty years, and also to her work as a mediator, her activities in her local community, and in her leadership roles in the collaborative law field (she is the past president of Collaborative Law Professionals of Pierce County, past president of Collaborative Professionals of Washington, and a trainer of collaborative law for professionals).

When Teena works with clients, her goal is to minimize the stress and conflict for her clients as much as possible, while providing diligent and professional assistance. She knows that divorce is challenging, often painful. Teena also knows how important it is for her clients to feel listened to, and she is attentive to her client’s needs.

On her off days, you can usually find Teena walking her dog or hiking with her family and friends in our beautiful Pacific Northwest.
