The Corner of My House Sits on the Property Line. I Was Told After a Number of Years the Boundary Line Automatically Changes Along With a 6-Foot Buffer? Is That True?

No, there is no automatic boundary adjustment. And there is no automatic 6-foot buffer or anything like that, that is created in this situation.

Normally you would have to “adversely possess” the adjoining 6 feet (or whatever amount of land it would be) to become owner of it. But that requires possession of the property, which it does not sound like you have.
