A prenuptial agreement doesn’t transfer property. The prenuptial agreement specifies who would keep what property, and what property is separate and community.
A person can then leave the property that is his or hers to whomever he or she chooses in the will. A will cannot override a prenuptial agreement, because in a will a person can only give away property that is his or hers according to the prenuptial agreement.
